Global Graduate Training Programme
Graduates who join Rothschild take part in a Global Graduate Training Programme held in London. The six week programme is designed to give you unrivalled training, teaching you the financial concepts that you need to be successful in your team, but also the personal competencies that are vitally important for your career at Rothschild. Firm Induction
